The patients who walk the full journey with us — who do the work, complete the protocol, and earn the result — are recognised. Not with a discount. With a place.
Not three months. Not twelve months. As long as it takes.
Most weight loss programmes celebrate the goal. They take the before-and-after photo, post the testimonial, and move on. Then they watch in silence as the weight returns.
We see something different. We see what happens after the photo — the months and years of maintenance, the protocol adjustments, the patient still showing up. That's the work. That's where lasting transformation actually lives.
The Commitment Partnership exists for the patients who choose to do that work with us.
The full Holistic 360 pathway moves through four distinct phases. Each builds on the last. The Graduation Reward is what awaits those who complete the cycle.
The active GLP-1 phase. You work towards your goal weight under Dr Hanlie's supervision, for as long as it takes.
Stabilisation. Your body adjusts to maintenance. Dose is reduced, support stays close.
Long-term microdose maintenance. Cadence relaxes. The new normal becomes the actual normal.
Your Graduation Reward, then permanent Hanlie Alumni status. The journey continues, on your terms.
Patients who complete the full Sustain pathway with us — Tier 1 in full, followed by 12 months of Tier 2 — receive their 19th month of consultation and InBody scan complimentary.
"You've done the work. Now do the next month on us."
Alumni status is permanent. It does not expire. It does not lapse if you step away. Once you have earned it, it is yours.
Lifetime access to the patient community. The other patients who walked the same journey. People who understand what it took, because they did it too.
Need a check-in six months from now? A year from now? Five years from now? Alumni rates apply, whenever you need them. The relationship doesn't end with the programme.
Life changes. So does the body. If you ever need to step back into structured support, the door is open. No new assessment fee. No restarting from scratch. You come back where you left off.
We could have built a programme that maximised short-term revenue. Lock-in contracts, prepayment discounts, hard-sell upgrades. Most clinics do.
The Commitment Partnership is not a marketing gimmick. It's a commercial decision that aligns our interests with yours. The longer you stay with us, the more we want you to stay. The more value we deliver to you, the more value you deliver back — in referrals, in word-of-mouth, in being a living example of what's possible.
This is what walking the journey with us actually means. Not three months, not twelve months. As long as it takes — and a permanent place in the family of patients who set the standard for what's possible.
No. Transformation length varies dramatically from patient to patient — some reach their goal in 4 months, some in 12 — so it would not be fair to use it as the qualifying period. The Commitment Partnership is triggered by completing the full 15-month Sustain pathway: Tier 1 (3 months) plus Tier 2 (12 months). What this means in practice: every Sustain graduate becomes a Commitment Partnership graduate. The reward goes to the patients who choose long-term maintenance, regardless of how their active phase looked.
A break of up to 30 days pauses the count and you resume from where you stopped on return. A break of more than 6 months resets the count to zero. The intent is to allow for life happening, while still recognising that genuine commitment means substantially continuous engagement.
Your 19th-month Sustain Tier 2 consultation with Dr Hanlie (20 minutes) and your InBody composition scan, both at no charge. Medication and any other costs that month remain payable as normal. This is a recognition gift, not a free month of treatment — but it's a meaningful one. The consultation and scan are the two highest-value clinical interactions in Sustain, and they're yours, with our compliments.
Only in cases of misconduct or fraud. Otherwise it is permanent, even if you step away from the programme for years. Once earned, it is yours. The specific benefits attached to Alumni status (community access, discounted consults, standing invitation to return) may evolve over time at the practice's discretion, but the status itself cannot be taken from you.
Late payment of up to 30 days does not affect your Commitment Partnership progress. Late payment of more than 30 days terminates the active programme and resets the count to zero. We hold this standard because the Commitment Partnership recognises continuous engagement, and a 30-day non-payment is functionally an extended pause that breaks that continuity.
No. You can leave the programme at any time, end any monthly subscription with no cancellation fee, and there is no minimum commitment period at any phase. The Commitment Partnership is purely a recognition mechanism — it rewards those who choose to complete the journey. It does not penalise those who don't.
Every Commitment Partnership graduate began with the same first step. A Founders' Consultation. A conversation. A decision to walk the full road.
