Discuss your symptoms, medical history and suitable management options with Dr Hanlie Lottering.
Tests, medication, supplements and subsequent appointments are charged separately where applicable. Ask reception to clarify fees and payment arrangements before booking.

Can I book through WhatsApp?
Yes. Send reception a message indicating which consultation you would like to book. Reception will confirm availability and your appointment. A message alone does not confirm a booking.
Do I need to complete the menopause quiz first?
No. The quiz is optional. You can book directly. If you would like to complete it, visit the menopause quiz .
What are the practice hours?

What if I cannot attend my appointment?
Please contact reception at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Read our terms and cancellation policy for further information.
Can I use WhatsApp for urgent medical advice?
