Dr Lottering will discuss appropriate options and their potential benefits, risks and costs. These may include nutrition and activity guidance, medical treatment where clinically suitable, or referral for additional support.
A particular treatment or amount of weight loss is not guaranteed. Progress and follow-up requirements vary between individuals.
An InBody assessment estimates body composition, including body fat and muscle mass. The findings are considered alongside your medical history and clinical assessment. They do not replace an individual medical consultation.

Step 2
Attend your 45-minute appointment with Dr Lottering. Discuss your concerns, assessment findings, meal plan and appropriate next steps.
Step 3
If further care is recommended, discuss the appointment frequency, expected costs and how your progress will be reviewed.
You do not need to arrange new blood tests unless your treating doctor has advised you to do so.
