RETURNS, REFUNDS & MEMBERSHIP POLICY

At Holistic Life Institute, we aim to provide a professional, supportive and transparent experience for all patients and members.

Because many of our services involve consultations, digital resources, personalized wellness support and health-related products, the following policies apply.

CONSULTATIONS & DIGITAL SERVICES

Consultation fees, assessments, digital services, memberships and personalized wellness plans are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

This includes:

Doctor consultations

Lifestyle assessments

Personalized recommendations

Digital member resources

Online wellness support

Downloadable materials

Subscription or membership access already used

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, we request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling where possible.

PRODUCTS & SUPPLEMENTS

Unused physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

the product remains unopened,

unused,

and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

opened supplements,

health products,

perishable items,

or personalized medical products.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may request photographs or additional information to assist with resolving the matter.

MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Lifestyle memberships and subscription services may be cancelled according to the applicable membership terms provided at signup.

Cancellation of a membership does not automatically qualify for refunds on:

previously delivered consultations,

digital resources,

completed services,

or already processed billing periods.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item supplied was incorrect or defective.

Holistic Life Institute is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
